As chefs, we can find ourselves with limited time to get out & exercise. Since I started my private chef business, I make it a priority to find creative ways to get in some daily exercise, and one my favorite things to do is play golf (yes, I realize for some this activity is limited in its scope), but I can burn around 2000 calories each time I go out.
