As we approach Easter sunday dinner, what thoughts enter your mind around this religious holiday? What are your traditions around Sunday dinner, early? Late? What are your favorite dishes to prepare? Ham? Lamb? Beef? Everyone has their favorites, and mine is a really delicious roasted leg-of-Lamb with homemade mint sauce of parsley, garlic, mint & EVOO. Add a side of roasted baby gold potatoes with garlic & parsley, and you have the beginnings of a wonderful meal. Please take the time to share your favorites with everyone and Happy Easter to all!
