I love the fall, especially that first little tease of cooler temperatures, foilage changing colors, and fall food, such as these classics -OssoBuco, Beef Bourguignon, Butternut Squash Soup, what are your favorites? Nothing says friendship more than sharing a meal outdoors during these Autumn evenings. I have been using a beef cut more and more-Picanha! Slow cooked, served medium rare with some authentic chimichurri sauce, just devine!
