Signature Experience
From $125 per guest ($150 including the 20% service charge) for a three-course plated dinner featuring salad, entrée and dessert. Ideal for anniversaries, romantic evenings, intimate celebrations and elegant dinner parties.
Chef's Table Experience
From $150 per guest ($180 including the 20% service charge), featuring premium ingredients, refined presentation and a more elaborate multi-course dining experience.
Bespoke Experience
Custom Proposal for milestone celebrations and one-of-a-kind private dining experiences featuring premium ingredients, personalized courses and elevated service. Designed for anniversaries, romantic evenings and special occasions where only the finest will do.
PLANNING YOUR INVESTMENT
​Pricing includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, cooking, plating and kitchen cleanup. A 20% service charge applies to the dining subtotal, including selected menu enhancements. There is an additional charge of $1.50 per mile for all events outside San Antonio. A minimum event total of $600 applies, inclusive of the service charge. Additional gratuity is optional.
Caviar Service
​When nothing but the finest will do. Includes Ossetra Caviar, Blini, Crème Fraîche & Chives -- $75* per guest.
*Available as an enhancement to any private dining experience. Minimum quantities may apply.
