Pricing
Every event is uniquely designed, so pricing reflects the scope of your experience. San Antonio private chef dining begins at the following rates — all options include Chef Mark's full service, premium ingredients, and a complete kitchen reset after the event.

Basic dining 3 courses, plated (salad, entrée & dessert): starting at $125* per guest, 4 or more guests.

Prix Fixe Dining starting at $200* per guest, 4 guest minimum.

Intimate dining for 2: $500 (service fee included).

Premium dining, 4 courses plated: starting at $175* per guest, 4 or more guests.

Family style dining (20 or more guests): starting at $98* per guest (Paella or Italian only).

Corporate & Executive Events: custom quoted*.

Charcuterie boards/tables: custom quoted*.
*There is an additional trip charge for all events outside of San Antonio of $1.50 per mile, roundtrip from my home.
*20% service fee is added to all dining levels.
Caviar Service
When nothing but the finest will do. Includes Ossetra Caviar, Blini, Crème Fraîche & Chives -- $100* per guest.
*in addition to any dining level you choose, 4 guests minimum.
